Targa Resources Partners LP is a growth-oriented Delaware limited partnership recently formed by Targa, a leading provider of midstream natural gas and NGL services in the United States, to own, operate, acquire and develop a diversified portfolio of complementary midstream energy assets. We currently operate in southwest Louisiana, the Permian Basin in West Texas, and the Fort Worth Basin in north Texas and are engaged in the business of gathering, compressing, treating, processing and selling natural gas and fractionating and selling natural gas liquids, or NGLs, and NGL products.
